Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

- We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.

- Please contact us via our e-mail or our phone numbers in order to request a return or exchange. 

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

- Take a picture of the product and send it with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is damaged or has a specific defect, or is not used according to the agreed upon.

Refund (if applicable)

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page of our website.

- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

- 25% discount if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any problem mentioned.

Sale items (if applicable)

- Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
